The Railways is taking precautionary measures with the announcement by the Meteorological Department that the cyclone in the Bay of Bengal is likely to turn into a severe cyclone. 59 trains were canceled on Saturday, while a few more trains were announced to be canceled on Sunday.

These trains run between other states via the South Central Railway. The trains will be canceled for one day, the Railways said. Cancellation dates are between 24-30.
