AP Government orders transfer of dead and non-performing assets of Andhra Pradesh Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Limited to Amul as production based lease amount.
The orders said the decision was part of the AP government's agreement with Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Limited to revive dairy cooperatives here.
AP Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Ltd MD, AP has revealed that it has decided to lease the assets in the name of a specialist in the Amul project on behalf of the government.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ డెయిరీ డెవలప్ మెంట్ కో-ఆపరేటివ్ ఫెడరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్ కు చెందిన మృత, నిరార్థక ఆస్తులను ఉత్పత్తి ఆధారిత లీజ్ అమౌంట్ గా అమూల్ కు అప్పగిస్తూ ఏపీ సర్కార్ ఉత్తర్వులు.
గుజరాత్ కోఆపరేటివ్ మిల్క్ మార్కెటింగ్ ఫెడరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్ తో ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఇక్కడి పాల సహకార సంఘాలను పునరూజీవింప చేయాలని చేసుకున్న ఒప్పందంలో భాగంగా ఈ నిర్ణయమంటూ ఆ ఉత్తర్వుల్లో వెల్లడి.
ఏపీ డెయిరీ డెవలప్ మెంట్ కో-ఆపరేటివ్ ఫెడరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్ ఎండీ , ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం తరపున అమూల్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ లో ఉన్న ప్రత్యేకాధికారి పేరుతో ఆ ఆస్తులను లీజుకిచ్చేందుకు నిర్ణయించినట్టు వెల్లడి.
